Terms Of Service

Account Activation

All new web hosting accounts will be activated within 24 hours after payment.

Private data

We do not provide user private information to third parties. We use only email for contacting users.

Return Of Money

If the customer is not satisfied with services level, within two weeks from the beginning of his account, he can get his money back. In this case the total sum is returned to the customer.


Quality Of Service

Uptime

We guarantee that within one month server may be unreachable via HTTP no more than about 35 minutes total. When the server was unreachable longer time user receives free time according to this package:

  • 96%—99%: 7 days of free hosting
  • 90%—95%: 17 days of free hosting
  • below 90%: one month of free hosting

Please note that we only guarantee the quality of our services.

Backup

We're backuping user data on separate server and providing copies on request. In the same time we can not be responsible for loss of data, regardless of the cause.


Rules

Resources

Since we are hosting several accounts on each server it is very important that the work of each account had no effect on the performance of others. In this regard, the following restrictions:

  • available RAM for one account:256Mb for 'ascetic' and 'rational' packages, 512Mb for 'modern'
  • average CPU load no more that 5% for 'ascetic' and 'rational', 20% for 'modern'
  • no more that 500 emails per hour for 'ascetic' and 'rational', 5000 for 'modern'
  • time of execution of script no more than 5 minutes

In violation of the rules we will first try to contact the account holder.

Content

Prohibited:racism, sites related to terrorism, as well as illegal content (protected by copyright, unless the user has the rights for distribution) as well as links to such content; IRC bots, proxies, cracked software, keygens etc.

Spam

We immediately block accounts of spammers (mass-recipient of unclaimed letters).
